The '''Kingdom of Restresas''', or simply Restresas, is a nation as a result steeped in massive tradition, with a very culturally connected population. Their National Capital is Maresda, with a population of around 153,249,029 people. The National Currency is the Florin, and the National Animal is the Squirrel. Despite the violent upbringings of the unification, the nation in it's current state is very peaceful politically and is considered one of the happier places in the world.

==History==

Around 1500 years ago, the tribes of Angeles, Getae, and Tlacopan people had a vast variety of lands that contained a plethora of unique traits that contained the Getae's massive valleys, Angeles' wonderful seas and fish catching ways, and the mountain Tlacopan who were mountainous, but later became a forest led society in the city we know today as Maresda. The members of the Tlacopan who decided not to travel distanced themselves from those people and called themselves the Sant people. Once they settled in the cities we know as Port Angeles, Dacia, Maresda, and Mount Heavens as we know today, these tribes became more sedentary.

However, the Tlacopan people won a brutal war for all the territories around 900 years ago, uniting the nation by force under one banner due to their economic struggles and jealousy of the other nation's vast resources like the ocean and valuable resources like Emerald found in Mount Heavens. When it came time to unify, the nations reach a compromise after forcfully uniting the nation. While the Tlacopan house becomes the ruling house with the vast lumber and wood-soven baskets being their main income, the houses that followed are the other major kingdoms that came from the tribes before them, Angeles, Getae, Sant, and York, became other noble houses.

The grip that the Tlacopan have had on the houses (restrictions of what they can do) has weakened over time, and the houses have more freedom to marry internationally with other houses outside of Restresas, but marriage to the male of the Tlacopan house is the main goal of women in the smaller houses.

==Politics==

The main politics come from the 5 major houses, York, Getae, Sant, Angeles, and the ruling of Tlacopan. These houses, despite being in the same nation, tie back into their tribal roots with their traditions and mythologies of the regions they all rule.

York's main mythology about the Island of Hope that ties into the religious beliefs of gods in the York area, with there being a semi-annual fest praising the gods of the main religion of Paganism, one for the winter and one for the summer.

The Sant is traditionally known as the Emerald House globally, due to their traditions all being related to the emerald itself, including the myth of a warrior that made the mountain having legendary emeralds to garner the strength to make the mountains of Restresas.

The Angeles house is all related to the oceans that surround it, with there being a farm that is known for attracting wildlife to it in order for them to eat from the food that the house grows.

Getae is about the prosperity of flowers, with the sunflower being prominent all over the city of Dacia and the region that the Getae encompasses, with there being a sunflower festival once every year to celebrate the key part of the Getae house's culture.

Finally, Tlacopan is the ruling house, with the traditions of belief of the horse people that granted the fertile and vast forest that surrounds Maresda, and the trek across the forest, a yearly walk to commemorate the Tlacpoan's past of moving from the mountains to Maresda.

The nation is very much one of natural and technological harmony, despite the very violent origins of the nation. Public transportation plenty, but still passionate about their causes, great botanists, and a nation where the sleep they get is amazing, leading to fairly high energy levels for people in the nation. Which ties into the fact that in sports, the teams are very aggressive, meaning that they are one of the most volatile nations in every sport they play. The fans are truly passionate, but the generally more connected culture within the histories have led to there not getting much fan brawls, but it does happen once an occasion. This aggression can lead to massive fights if not disciplined properly, which is an issue among those players. It’s also why that nation is considered so hard to play in however.

Sports is the main gateway for Restresians to showcase their passions and continue to be one of the most domiantn staples in all of Restresian culture. The main sports in Restresas are Soccer, Baseball, Hockey, and Professional Wrestling.

Restresian soccer clubs play in the Restresian Premier League, one of the newest leagues in Esportiva.
===Restresian Premier League===
The Restresian Premier League is a domestic football competition across the nation of Restresas, and features some of the most aggressive play in the entirety of Esportiva. The current champions are Traffic Conesa who won their 20th title last year. The most successful teams outside of the "Traffic Cones" are Summit FC with 15 titles, the Maresda Beavers with 16 titles, and FC Ports with 12 titles. The diverse languages of the nation also create a divide of what teams are supported by most of the cities, with those in the Dacian Tongue being supporting Veverlitile Capitolul, and the Dacia Clubs of the Dacia Wolves and Clubul Futbol de Dacia for example.

The unusual balance is due to the fact that there is no relegation, therefore making the teams in the Prem "Franchised". These clubs are all owned by either rich owners or the fans themselves, making owner diversity super unique. There is also a salary cap of 100 Million dollars, making the spending very rigorous and makes sure that the league is balanced. However, nine clubs, known as the Top 9, stand out from the rest as key forces in the Restresian populace. Veverițele Capitoliului, Traffic Conesa, The Maresda Beavers, the Pems Penguins, Summit FC, FC Ports, Sleepers Club, San Marisa, and Clubul de Fotbal Dacia are all the top 9 of the league, and have at least 8 titles each.

The RWF is home to the theatre play-like professional wrestling organization in Restresas. Here, some of the most acrobatic Wrestlers in the world don their wonderful stripes as they continue to be one of the elite wrestling companies in not only Esportiva, but worldwide.

The colonization of which, was first brought about in the 16th century, by the explorer [[Dominic Anneria]], for whom the name Xanneria is derived from. The name Xanneria is derived from a corruption on an early map of Xanneria, as the name was intended to be "Anneria" after its discoverer. Similarly [[Dominica City]] was named after [[Dominic Anneria]]. For roughly 200 years after the nations discovery and colonization the nation of Xanneria would peacefully gain its independence and became a major trading partner of Tonissia. But towards the beginning of the 20th century things fell apart. Tonissia became over rune by a dictator and who had gone mad with power after a failed mining colony and cut off all trade to the Xannerians. Supposedly the idea was to weaken the economy of Xanneria so much, that the Tonissians could retake Xanneria either diplomatically or by force. This failed and even hurt the Tonissians as domestically it lead to a mass migration to places like Xanneria and even directly lead to the formation of the independent nation of [[Southwest Eastnorth]]. Largely after the migration incident Tonissia disappeared (Reportedly self-nuking) and Xanneria went into a period isolation that lasted for two decades. Their mythology revolves around the mythical horse people, people who "granted the fertile forests that surround Maresda." Their main traditions are an annuual forest walk to represent the long treks that the Tlacopan had to endure from the mountains to the modern day Maresda. The other more unusual tradition is something that women in the major houses prepare for all their lives, and that is to marry the Tlacopan's males, the women need to travel to the land of 10000 squirrels and leave unscathed, one of the hardest marriage requirements for royalty in the world.
