'''Shell Shock Troop Clan''' is the successor to the dictatorship of [[Aguazul]]. A fairly libertarian democracy, the new country is classified by the World Assembly as a New York Times Democracy (high political, medium social and economic freedoms) where Aguazul was a Corporate Police State (high economic, low social and political freedoms). It includes both the original nation as well as the former "occupied territories" to the west, but renounced Aguazul's claims on the distant and conflicted lands of Lilliputia and Blackacre. Valejano and Sufuérte, in the former creatively-named ''territorio del norte'' and ''territorio del sur'' respectively, are the largest of the "new" cities, though they don't rival the Supercentro giants.

The skull and crossbones flag is derived from the classic pirate flag that once represented the region of the same name, while the blue and green tones were part of Aguazul's tricolor.

Since the liberalization of religious freedom laws, Pentecostal Christian denominations have surged in membership, to the bemusement of Catholic traditionalists who still comprise the majority of the country. Like its predecessor, Shell Shock Troop Clan enjoys dynamic Gambling and Soda Sales industries, but has de-emphasized Arms Manufacturing and Uranium Mining in favor of such peaceful ventures as Pizza Delivery and Basket Weaving.
