He was called up to the Baptism of Fire team seemingly on the basis of his performance in age-group friendlies and struggled to catch fire for years, before his brace against Nyowani Kitara in the 91st World Cup's group stages made him the nation's joint-top scorer in World Cup finals history. Debuting and scoring in the Goldhorns' first-ever game, Kramer's career took him from champion with FC Teussen Stelburg to IFCF Champions' League winner with 1830 Cathair, before a return to his hometown of Stelburg at the end of his career. In between, he captained the Goldhorns to qualification on 4 separate occasions, scoring 3 goals at the World Cup Finals. An attack-minded central midfielder, Kramer defined football in Siovanija & Teusland throughout his career.
