The Parliament of Quebec and Shingoryeo is the bicameral legislature of Quebec and Shingoryeo. It consists of three parts: The Regent (currently Queen Christine II), House of Lords (貴族院, 귀족원, Guijokweon) and House of Commons (庶民院, 서민원, Seominweon). The House of Commons is formally responsible for selecting the Prime Minister, who usually comes from the governing party or the coalition with the most number of seats.

Both houses meet in the Jeongdokgoong Palace (also known as Palais-Catherine-I), an early-nineteenth-century, Second Empire-style palace located in Joongyeong, Joongyeong Federal Province.
