L3 Partners is a Joint Venture Holding Company established to back Bitten Heroes activities, partly by team owners, partly by Motorsport Lisander, the company/association that oversees motorsport in the principality. It was founded with the sole purpose of holding the rights of a Lisanderian WGPC license. It also bought X-PRO, a joint-venture motorsports factory, shared between Camden Automobile and Cygnus Harlean Motors. L3 partly lost its function as the WGPC license was revoked before WGPC 19, and a new one was handed to Eminent WGPC Team.
