The IFCF Rising Stars Cup (RSC) is the world championship for club football organized by the International Federation of Club Football. In its current format, it is contested by the youth (under-19) teams of the clubs competing in the UEFA Champions League group stage, plus the domestic youth champions of national associations.
It is the successor competition to the UICA Youth Cup, adopting its competition rules.
Format
The competition is split into 2 entry paths as follows:
- IFCF Champions' League path: The youth teams of the 32 clubs which qualify for the IFCF Champions' League group stage enter the IFCF Champions League Path.
- Domestic Champions Path: The youth domestic champions of the associations with a youth competition enter the Domestic Champions Path.
The IFCF Champions' League path retain the group stage format, with the group winners advancing to the round of 16 and the runners-up advancing to the play-offs. The youth domestic champions play rounds of two-legged ties, with the eight winners advancing to the play-offs, where they play a single match at home against the Champions League path runners-up. The round of 16 onwards had single-leg ties, with the semi-finals and final played at neutral venues.
