New league system
Once Australia establishes their second division to replace the National Premier Leagues, which they seem to be taking a great deal of time to actually get around to, I'll reform Series B to be two 19 club leagues à la Argentina. I'll also add regional leagues below the second division for the amateur and semi-pro clubs.
