An easier way to add a captain note to a player on a sports team.
Usage
The sport parameter is optional. If no value is passed, or it doesn't match an option in the list, the template will link to the "Captain (sports)" article on wikipedia.
If the sport parameter matches one of the values listed, it will link to the corresponding captain article for that sport.
