The 2027 M1 League was the second edition of United Mandaran top level domestic football league since its establishment in 2026. It is sanctioned by AMFA. The season, as usual, is divided into 2 phases. The regular phase starter from 6 February until 1 August 2027. On 22 August, the playoff phase continues until 10 October 2027.
Pesub Ubung was the defending champion but have to satisfied finished third. On 6 October, Pescam Campuhan confirmed their championship title with only one match left. While Pesetih Titih failed to reach top 4.
