Season 2 was the second season of Formulo Galanta. The season consisted of 10 rounds of two races each, equaling 20 races in total.
Ferminto Delgado was the defending drivers' championship and Ĉapro the defending constructors' championship.

Pre-season changes
Engine changes
- Arblando switched from Kvarfolio to Torro engines
Driver changes
- Buzeto decided not to renew Odreo Miro Selenfroind's contract and hired Peterso's Klairo Julio to replace her.
- Arblando hired veteran Pratŝer Baijer and rookie Nolo Tamar Ĉaplin to replace departing Sejid Reĝenbogen and Arzo-Neas Sokolov, both of whom were left without a seat for season 3.
- Noradovan Leslio joined Tapo after being let go from Sargazono. Seo Astrido, who drove for Tapo in season 2 started the season without a seat.
- Sargazono replaced Leslio with Jon-Kvan Hopkin. Cesar Demoscorto, who substituted injured Roksan Barko at Alenko Marino for the latter half of season 2, returned to the team on loan deal.
- Having lost Jon-Kvan Hopkin to Sargazono, EBK hired Formulo Galanta 2000 front-runner Maral Lonĉar to replace him.
- Formulo Galanta 2000 season 2 runner-up Ĉitlalo Tro joined Medeo to replace Julio Paĉis.
- Roksan Barko recovered from her injuries and returned to her seat at Alenko Marino.
- Peterso hired Ĝalija Nathans (previously at Sargazono) to replace departing Klairo Julio.

Scoring system
Points were awarded to the top 10 classified finishers in the Feature race, and to the top 8 classified finishers in the Sprint race. The fastest time in the qualifying session for the Feature race was worth two points.
