Gregoryisgodistan

Gregoryisgodistan was a country in Esportiva ruled by Lord Almighty Gregory. Lord Almighty Gregory, who was actually a sequence of individuals all claiming to be the same, regenerated person, was a self-proclaimed deity who all citizens of Gregoryisgodistan were required to worship. He also instituted a lengthy list of capital crimes, including saying the word "coconut", farting, and sneezing, as well as more conventional crimes such as murder and rape. In addition, the offender's family would be killed as well (except in cases of domestic abuse or if the family member reported the crime, though the former exception did not always apply.)

Gregoryisgodistan was transformed into South Covello, a peaceful and free democracy, when the then-current Lord Almighty Gregory was assassinated and his replacement Lord Almighty Gregory overthrown in a coup, imprisoned, and sentenced to multiple life sentences, but not before trying to launch a massive nuclear attack on all the countries of the Enemy List.
