PFA Karo League (Pemecutan Malay:Liga Karo Pemecutan) or OtoNadi Karo League for sponsorship reason is the second level of Pemecutan men's professional football league. It is replacing thee currently defunct Dwi League following the reorganization of the domestic league system. Same as PFA Kasa League, the league was consist of 18 clubs before being reduce to 12 clubs starting from 1783-1784 season. The regular season begin at Week of Pahang until Week of Julungwangi with 2 weeks mid-season break. The promotion/relegation play-off is held for 3 weeks, Sungsang, Dungulan, Kuningan. Most of the games are played on Saniscara (Saturday) and Redite (Sunday).
