Serumpun Premier League or SIA Premier League for sponsorship reason is the men's top professional association football league sanctioned by Serumpun Football Association (SFA), which represents the sport's highest level in Serumpun football league system.
The competition was founded in 14 September 1992, after the SFA announced its plan to merged the three state leagues in the country and to established a professional top-level domestic league. The league started with 12 clubs and as of 2025, it comprises of 16 clubs. Normally, the season start from February until October with each team playing 30 matches (playing all 15 teams both home and away).
Until 2025 season, 7 clubs have been crowned champions. Port Campbell FC. have been the most successful club with 16 titles, followed by Maya Bandar United (8), Athletic Temasik (5), Butternut FC, Amala United, Telok Blangah United and PS Pangkal Pinang with 1 title each. The current champion are Port Campbell FC, having won their 16 titles in 2025 season.
