CAFA LigAnaia is the regional club football championship of Anaia, organised by the Confederation of Anaian Football Associations (CAFA) and contested by top-division Anaian clubs, who usually progress through a round robin group stage and two-legged playoff round to qualify for a double-elimination knockout tournament, which decides the competition winners.

The original, unusual format of CAFA LigAnaia was conceived by an Osarian representative to the CAFA board, who intended for Anaia to have a "unique" competition, to set them apart from the other regional club competitions at the time. After CAFA LigAnaia XI, the format was changed to something more standard, resembling other regional club competitions such as the Campionato Esportivano di Campeones or Rushmore Copa de Campeones.

The current champions are Waldster FC of Flavovespia, who claimed their first title in the final of CAFA LigAnaia XVIII.

Branding

The name LigAnaia is taken from a now-defunct multi-associational league which consisted of teams from multiple nations in what was then North-East Atlantian Oceania. The two competitions have no connection beyond the name, however.

The official branding for the competition uses the deep purple and neon green that are synonymous with the region of Anaia, appearing on the regional flag. In addition, the Novastrella – which appears on the regional flag in a "crown-like" form – is used in its entirety.
