The 18th Winter Olympics was an international winter multi-sport event held in the nation of Liventia, with the majority of the competitions set to take place in Neverend, the hosting city of the 7th Winter Olympics. A total of 29 national Olympic committees took part in the Games. Qualifying events were held for the first time since the 16th Winter Olympics in City Centre, with the preliminary round of competitions set to take part for nine days leading up to the Olympics proper.
