The I Olympic Winter Games (Noterelenda: Jemes Iúïnires Olimpikires Onetes) were an international multi-sport event held in the city of Aeropag, then part of Jativa in the Unified Capitalizt States. They were the first successfully completed Olympic Games. The logo for the Games is a stylized overhead view of the massive floating platform on which all events were held.
Host selection
A number of bids were put forward, which were winnowed down through a nomination vote of the Olympic Upper Council, a six-member group formed based on previous hosting experience of other major sports events. Each member could select up to three bids to be moved forward to a general vote. Due to a tie for third place, four bids were in fact nominated. A general vote open to all nations which had sought membership in the newly-formed NationStates Olympic Council resulted in Aeropag being awarded the Olympics.

Events
There were 89 events contested in 15 disciplines, emulating the programme of the real-life 2006 Winter Olympics.
Venues
Events were predominantly held on a floating platform specifically constructed for the Olympic Games, which had an area about twice the size of the city of Aeropag itself. The majority of the structure (principally the alpine and cross-country skiing structure) was recycled into construction materials after the Olympics were completed. The one existing, non-floating platform venue was the Aeropag Olympic Stadium (formerly Orange-Green Bowl) which was used for opening and closing ceremonies.
